• Buying your 2014-15 ASB card (9th graders $35 and HS students $40) 
• Pay TSD Athletic Participation Fee ($75) 
• Make sure all fines are paid 
• First page of 2014-15 Co-Curricular Athletic Handbook signed by athlete and parent 
• Completed and signed Athletic Participation Form with verification of current physical. 

***all of these forms can be down loaded from the TSD Athletics web site or picked up from the main office at the HS
***Participating in spring practice or UPS summer camp does not mean you are cleared for practice on the 20th.
***Fees can be paid on line with a credit card. Only cash and checks when you pay at the office. Bring your receipt to the office when you get cleared if you pay the fees on line.

On nights when we have home soccer games, we will be on the field from 3:00-5:00.
