Get Cleared for Football

All high school football players (9th-12th) must complete the clearance process prior to the first day of turnout. The following steps must be completed to receive athletic clearance.

Physical Examination: The Tahoma School District requires a Physical/Wellness examination which is good for two years. Physicals must be valid for the entire sport season and must not expire before December 1 for high school fall sports. 

Cashier's office: Purchase an ASB card ($40.00), and pay the participation fee of $75. The main office can take your payment if the cashier is not available. The online payment method is highly encouraged, by using it you can use your credit or debit card and there is no standing in line to pay. 

Athletic office: Athletes cannot participate in their sport until clearance is received from the athletic office. All athletic clearing is now online on the Tahoma SD Athletics web site under "LINKS" tab above, or click hereThe athletic office will 'approve' you and let you know via email from FamilyID if you are approved or if something else needs to be done. To be 'approved', registration is complete on FamilyID, a current physical is uploaded or submitted with the athletic secretary, and payments are made. NO athlete is allowed to participate in practice until the coach knows the athlete is approved.
